The US space agency did not sign a contract with the Russian Federation that the US and Russia will send astronauts to space during the Russian invading WAR.
Why is one of the SpaceX Crew-5 crew members Russian? Anna Yurievna Kikina is a citizen of Russia. Why we are still working on peaceful space projects with the country, that military invading other countries and creating wars on earth at home? Russia is a country of terrorists. Good work Spacex – but yet another absurd network news report about forced diversity (for diversity sake). Whatever happened to meritocracy in America (those who work hardest and are most competent). Could well be that that's the case here, but not according to this report. If we fail to celebrate hard work in this country, then we lower the bar and find ourselves instead celebrating mediocrity. I'm an engineer working between Boston and Munich and can assure that German engineers are now better educated and prepared (by far) than US counterparts.
