Actually, for years the government has been helping to victimize- not protecting property or other rights. I’m taking about courts/police, though this is more on courts. It’s a lot easier, because it goes through civil rather than criminal (where a person at least has a right to representation) and effectively silences people with nothing left in the “records” whereby the FACTS and truth should be able to be found.
