A New York City man died after being stabbed in a fight that stemmed from not receiving a thank you when he held a door open for the suspect at a smoke shop. The two started fighting in the shop and moved outside where the victim was stabbed in the abdomen and neck before the suspect escaped on an e-bike. WNBC’s Adam Harding.

Looks like the "victim" was pretty aggressive to do the man! The "victim" even slapped the man before he was stabbed. I can't believe the news is reporting this the other way.
Idk how you get mad over someone not saying thank you that you would start a fight over it. This was most likely not the first time he acted out like this. Karma can be a SOB sometimes if you don’t check yourself. It’s sad for sure.

Demanding a thank you cost him his life. Well now he learned a valuable lesson. Oh wait he can’t put that lesson to use. I bet he regrets his demand for a thank you. Never demand someone be polite. Doesn’t exist in the US
This is a terrible situation, but I hate to say it but people that do nice things just for something in return aren’t really doing nice things. I can see how this would escalate to a fight but it’s not worth loosing a life
