At least 31 people died and five others were missing in flash floods and landslides set off by torrential rains that swamped a southern Philippine province Thursday night.

Public places, people must witness water removal that will not cause days of water flooding.
Using pumps water must be removed from cities and villages by volunteers. This cleanliness is the basis of flood relief.
Throw flood water in forests, rivers, nonresidential areas should relieve floods. State government and navy.
Navy has power and its there duty to deal with river and seas water problem then why navy does remove flood ls only like to showoff ships on water.
Airforce and military must also help residents before landslides, flood relief.

Another natural disaster again. Every month or weeks there is a flood or hurricane, or stormy nights
