Average gas prices for the decade before the pandemic were not averaging $3.30. I just looked at the data and the actual avg. in those 10 years is $2.30 when adjusted for inflation. Regardless, inflation is murdering people right now because MANY Americans are not making more money than they were before this crap happened. And since they aren't making more money, their buying power went WAY down. Corporate greed at its finest. BTW, the average gas prices as of right now is $4.70, I can bet you the majority (83%) of Americans (who happen to live in the highest populated cities) are paying well over $4 a gal.
So everyone was okay with these fees up until today?
and gas is still $6.69 today in Los Angeles. Nothing has gone down here. We can't afford to live out here.
