Coal is the most environmentally unfriendly fuel, so it should be the first to be phased out.
The USA should keep one or two plants operational as a strategic backup and have a coal stockpile near the largest reserves.
So Kudlow how do you suppose we solve the massive problem of climate change? Pretend it's not there and hope it goes away?
