Why are schools supporting a religious holiday in the school system?
Not even Christmas & Easter are allowed to be celebrated in schools, which also have their origins in catholicism (Oestra goddess of fertility & sun god & Mass of the Christ, Christ's-mass, Christmas).
Halloween is a Catholic religious ceremony that replaced a pagan celebration & was transformed into Hallows evening or holy evening to remember the All Saints Day & the evening to remember remember the dead.
Prior, it was a celtic pagan celebration to honor dead spirits & the costmes are used to ward off the spirits & thereby protect the individual fm the evil spirits, Shamhaim.
There are costume themes that can be safely implemented, i.e., funny/crazy socks, goofy hat day, twin day, crazy tie day, criss cross day, fav animal T-day, dress like your favorite food, mascot day.
Education:
Just because he has a degree doesn't mean he earned it…For example, 20/22 the white education students in my southern college pagarized.
The school did nothing because 20 x $100K = 2,000,000.00 vs. 2-students' little $200,000.00 honesty.
I call it "C"-ing them thru. White kids don't even have to show up for classes nor do the work according to the rubrics & pass with As.
That's true of the 3 colleges I attended in FL with largely Louisiana & Texas teachers.
My university in NYC was fierce. You don't work. You don't pass.

I think protecting people’s feelings only makes things worse. How is this any different from people getting imprisoned in China for wearing a blouse that resembles a kimono?!!! Hypothetically, if the thought of cowboys triggered PTSD for Native Americans, would Dallas then need to rename their football team? The Washington Redskins did. The Cleveland Indians did. So is wearing a German military outfit for Halloween now construed as unacceptable and no longer permissible? People have to stop judging history and historical figures thru the lens of today’s moral standards. Everyone’s ancestry has done stuff they’re not proud of. And everyone’s ancestry has suffered being the victim of some sort of persecution at one point in time. Our past does not define us moving forward. No one in that school who is Jewish experienced the holocaust first hand. No one in that school committed any crimes against humanity. We are not responsible for the actions of our ancestors. We weren’t there. Condemning and apologizing for things we’ve never experienced firsthand is moral posturing that needs to stop now!!!

He was dressed up as a National People's Army soldier of the German Democratic Republic. It was an army from 1956 to 1990.
It has no connection to Nazi's or SS.
I personally don't see anything wrong with a costume like that. I just feel sorry for the principal. He lost his job over the ignorance and close-minded uneducated people. That's just sad and disappointing.
