The suspect charged with attacking Paul Pelosi plead not guilty to both federal charges of assault and attempted kidnapping in a San Francisco courtroom. He also pleaded not guilty to separate state charges including attempted murder and elder abuse. NBC News’ Dana Griffin reports.

DePape pleaded not guilty because he's not! He's a fall guy for the Pelosi's. It's a made up story and DePape is being used. I only hope the Pelosi's don't double cross DePape!! He's counting on them to get him out of trouble. ?? I question them even doing that?!! The story alone sounds hoaxy!! Some guy breaks into Pelosi's house at 2 or so in the wee hours of the morning and conveniently, the alarm is off. And DePape says to Paul he wants to talk to Nancy. He wants to break her kneecaps! ( That phrase alone is a dead giveaway. No one DePape's age would be using that phrase). That phrase is 50 years ago. Then Paul goes to the bathroom and calls cops. That alone tells us Paul is in no danger. He's perfectly fine. Then the cops are called to the Speaker of the house mansion in San Francisco and they don't know that! Isn't that strange? Since when do cops go somewhere and they don't know where they are going or to whose house?? The minute the cops had an address, they would know who lives there. If it's a well known person. That is a lie. Yeah and Paul had to have brain surgery. Yeah!! The doctors probably gave him a butterfly stitch for his head cut! It's all a hoax and made up to call attention to Jan 6th. But the left sees now it didn't come off like they thought. They see no one cares and others see right thru the hoax. Even the lefties see thru it. The hoax fizzled out. Now NBC makes the reporter disappear for a while so no one can ask him any questions. I hope DePape doesn't go to jail for this pretend kidnapping! I hope Pelosi's don't double cross DePape!!!!
For the record: during the micheal jackson child abuse trial(s), doctors literally checked his everything for signs of sexual contact…I demand we measure pauls butthole to find out where the REAL hammer went.
The first reporter on the scene described a VERY different set of events, then was promptly suspended by nbc, with video of his report "expired" on their site hours later. Not guilty may have more to it, we'll see soon….maybe.

Too bad they couldn’t switch the venue so we could see this on live tv. However, we all know that’s not possible but still would be great to watch. His plead to not guilty just gave the courts a lot more paperwork to do and the jury is not going to be impartial to him in any way shape or form. If he doesn’t settle prior to trial he will be prosecuted and serve full time for his charges. I look forward to that, as his crimes are a danger to society.
