Banning Affirmative Action does not ban diversity on campuses. There just would less and more qualified minority students attending colleges.

While I personally have mixed feelings about affirmative action, are people ok with getting rid of all forms of affirmative action? Are you ok with getting rid of preference towards athletes? Towards legacy students and first-generation students? Gender affirmative action? Low-income student affirmative action? This discussion looks really one-sided which seems fake and spurious to me…
Would the people at these colleges use Affirmative Action to select the doctor for their surgery? Thought not.
