At more than 100 Starbucks locations, frustrated workers used the company’s “Red Cup Day” to draw attention to their push for union contracts. NBC News’ Joshua Johnson is joined by Michelle Eisen, a spokesperson for Starbucks Workers United, to break down the prelude to today’s events and what she hopes Starbucks will do to reach an agreement with its employees.

Times have already changed, and employers need to compete for employees, not the other way around. The days of being somebody else's boss came to an end quite some time ago, it's just becoming far more obvious to everyone else now.

Wtf is a union going to do here. Siphon money from hard paying American to a purposeless coffee union to line the Union executives pockets all because these people don’t know what to do with themselves or know how to find themselves, instead of being swindled.
