Lottery is rigged. You can get a small win for a couple hundred thousand but any big time wins are rigged and they pick who they want to win. Even if the drawing was legit being delayed by 10 hours, just realize if it was done on time Monday it would have been an entirely different set of "random" winning numbers. Lucky for the winner in California, but unlucky for almost everyone else. Stupid Minnesota caused the delay and changed the outcome of the results.

We got scammed! The machine was altered. If you watch the mechanics of that machine watch the tube that goes up and down. It looks like it has a sucking mechanism. When the tube goes down someone puts a ball on the sucking area. The bottom of that machine needs to be clear. We need to see the gears and wires and whatever else is hidden from our view. I also noticed that the tube that goes up and down has a bump on the middle top area. Watch other drawings the tube does not have a bump. Someone cut the tube. We got scammed by broke ass homelessville crime drug filthy California! I'm boycotting Powerball. I will never buy Powerball lotto again. Scam.
