Many residents are still cleaning up days after a historic blizzard blasted much of Western New York with nearly seven feet of snow. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch has more on the dangerous conditions and risks the communities are facing.

  2. How you explain the cold air part ? The Earth is a alive creature just like plants and animals it knows how to cool itself , volcanos have been erupting in the last few years sending particles into the atmosphere to help cool the planet
