A total of 11 charges were filed against two men, 22 and 21 years old, who prosecutors say were targeting a Manhattan synagogue. NBC News’ Gary Grumbach reports on how the two were arrested at New York City’s Penn Station and the antisemitic social media posts they were connected to.
