Russia and Putin cannot be trusted to Honor any agreements. Russia did not honor the agreement that when USSR countries went their separate ways, if Ukraine gave the NUKES back to Russia, then Russia would promise to never attack Ukraine. Well Ukraine gave back the NUKES and Russia behaved themselves for a while, then went against their very own promise to never attack Ukraine ever, and Putin did a "Land Steal" of the Crimea. This was later followed by involvement in the far Eastern parts of Ukraine. Then in about Feb 24th of this 2022 year, Putin sent Russian Military from Belarus into Ukraine and tried to do a "Land Steal" of all of Ukraine. Russia/Putin should never be trusted ever again, to not "Land Steal" in the future, nor be rewarded by being allowed to keep any/all the Land he has illegally Occupied so far. Putin's Russian Military needs to:
1. Give back all the Land that has been stolen.
2. Pay for all damages that the Russian Military Forces has done to Ukraine.
3. Pay for all War Widows (from both side) a lifetime Paycheck, to replace paychecks that have been lost from dead husband's.
4. Send all War Criminals to the World Courts.
Putin cannot ever completely return things back to "NORMAL" but the above four items would be a very good first step.
Ukraine should never have an agreement with Putin/Russian unless all items above, and there's items also that Ukraine's Government will be thinking about, are agree to and Russian Military Forces leave Ukraine, otherwise, Ukraine Military Forces will need to push Russian Military totally out of Ukraine including the Crimea area!

It's a strategy of strong countries to destabilize a growing economy by aggression in one hand and supplying weapons by other strong power on the other hand . This is also a way to clear up the stores of old or obsolete weapons in the name of helping a weak nation as if to protect their sovereignty . What a farce . Now Ukraine will move door to door with begging hand to build up their destroyed land and remain as a bowed slave until it pays for the arms it bought from USA and its allies. Now the godowns of both the super powers are clear and ready to store new weapons. Ha, Ha !!!
