If a person files cases to resist a grand jury subpoena, and they don't prevail, they should summarily be charged with Obstruction of Justice (because it is indeed Obstruction of Justice).

It's so ironic to me that the legal system is so systematically exploited with endless-appeals from individual players like Sen. Graham in this whole web all the way up to the Center of the Web, the former president. Who at least theoretically might be thought of as "a regular citizen". But who has instead been allowed every consideration for his former position. However, this does not account for his likely criminal acts. That require a legitimate Legal Response, Before the Legal System is itself appealed. By those who exploit its seemingly endless processes.
Ghosts, abberitions, spectres and "witness testimony" are all the Democrats have to justify authoritarian measures. It's all hot air and made up, "election interference" is anything as simple as criticizing Democrat politicians and "democracy" is ballot harvesting and fraudulent adjudication to these people.
