This is a case where the United States Justice System is being put on trial because the man they have chosen as Special Counsel doesn't qualify for the role for the following reasons:
1. This case is mainly about constitutional rights, and James Smith doesn't have Experience in Constitutional Law issues.
2. The selected person for Special Counsel has experience only in an Assistant /Acting Attorney role.
3. Being Head of the Integrity/Anti Corruption role in the Department of Justice (DOJ) doesn't qualify Jack Smith to handle the Constitutional Law Issues involved in this matter.
4. Having served as a Wartime Prosecutor in the Hague doesn't qualify the selected Special Counsel with the appropriate knowledge and experience to handle the Constitutional Law issues involved in the assignment.
5. This Special Counsel Appointment is a sham intended to deceive the public, because all this guy is going to do is not to do any investigation, which he is not qualified to do, but simply use the results of the previous work done by the January 6 Committee and the DOJ and bring charges /indictments without due consideration of the consequences to President Trump (Don't forget that he was President when the January 6 incident occurred). It would be very difficult to prove that President Trump committed any crime on January 6, beyond exercising his constitutional rights.
6. The least that President Donald J Trump can do to get appropriate treatment, justice and protection of his presidential legacy and reputation in the handling of the matter is to take legal action in the Court immediately to force the DOJ to cancel this appointment and choose an appropriately qualified person as the Special Counsel.
Failure to take this legal step immediately could result in President Donald Trump seeing his reputation shattered, and most likely consequently also destroying his chances for reelection to the US Presidency.
Trump announces that he's running for president and three days later the democrats launch more investigations. Really, is anyone surprised? The Democrats need to get a new playbook, they're too predictable. Why are they so afraid of Trump? More taxpayer money down the toilet.
