I've watched a lot of videos and one of the biggest things you do is you lie. You're harassed you threaten and your bully you can find any of these videos on YouTube and other sources of the tactics that you use. And when you don't get what you want you're arrest you beat, and you put your knee on your neck. I've seen videos on YouTube over the years we have chased someone who had no gun and shot him in the back. I've seen videos where you've ordered someone out of the car stepped in front of the car. The man is in fear for his life and you lay down on the hood and fired all year rounds into the windshield killing the guy. So you can say what you want I've seen the truth.

You should never have such a subjective test, people of all kinds have different reactions and if the police officer is already trying to bust you or if he’s being pressured by the higher-ups that can affect his perception. If there is no proof they should not be charged. Just because those tests are expensive doesn’t mean you should be railroaded and your life destroyed. If your recklessly driving charge them for reckless driving. Suspicions and not enough to charge.
