Police and federal authorities continue to search for a Connecticut man who they say brutally murdered his 11-month-old daughter who investigators say was found choked, stabbed and dismembered. WVIT’s Matt Austin reports.

That is so unfair to the person who makes the call to help officers locate and arrest this individual; why should they need to wait for a reward while this alleged criminal has his day in court and then only if convicted will they receive the stipulated reward? They have no bearing on outcome of a court case. So unfair. 😡

that didn't even get a chance to live 1 year.
He got out of prison in 2020 immediately got someone pregnant, got thrown back in prison for rampant criminal behavior, gets out again, upon the poor judgement of someone. This poor baby existed because of the garbage that is our criminal justice system and was destroyed by that same lax excuse for justice.

Unless he was really mad in which case you technically could choke then switch immediately to stabbing then of course the dismemberment all within a relatively short window of time . Hopefully this child didn't suffer greatly. Rip.
