I'm not even a gun owner and find gun collectors extremely peculiar but even I can see an assault weapons ban isn't going to solve gun violence & is a losing issue for Democrats.
For one, most gun violence is done with handguns being used in Democrat held cities & most of those are illegally purchased and/or manufactured. Those doing the gun violence are overwhelmingly of the Democratic constituency too. What hypocracy is this?
