I love those photos that Burger King Wendy's etc. show of their burgers..totally not what you get in reality..deceptive advertising is common..
the most laughable law suit ever
Foolishness…she should be concerned for the type of container she is cooking the macaroni in Those tubs can exhume toxic fumes once the tubs are heated.
I just ate this last night! It does take 4 minutes! BUT, most instructions will state that microwave levels vary so you may need to adjust cooking time.
This is really stupid…There’s actually real news that u can tell….
They take 3 minutes in my microwave. Adds up.
My granddaughters eat those mac & cheese practically three times a week and I told my daughter-in-law it’s a shame how these kids are literally eating raw noodles after trying one little pack and had to cook it three times over! I truly believe that’s a health concern for children!!!
Next thing you know, someone will be suing mickee dees because their covfefe is too hot😅
Although… you know what, good for her, I hope she gets a ton of money and gets to enjoy life a little more than having to eat microwave mac and cheese.
It'd be nice if we lived in a world where people in the richest countries didn't have to eat meals in under 30 minutes on a regular basis just so they can afford to survive, but I digress.
What happened to our consumer protection agency which works for We the People rather than business? "Corporations" are NOT people, too!
This Lady who is sueing, must be every landlord's nightmare.
There is something called instructions!
It’s always ready in the advertised time for me
Low Wattage Floridian Karen can't microwave.
CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! 😂
This lawsuit is frivolous.
This case is already thrown out
Wow!! Gotta be pretty slow to be mislead by a box of macaroni and cheese.
I’m suing Campbells my spaghettios took almost ten minutes to make!
She Is A Gold Digger!
Is she intelligent enough to open the package or does that implicate yet another law suit?
So no one is gonna say it?.
. microwaves r all different
Only in the US.
Will it discontinued?
I put 3 1/2 minutes as 3:30 for microwave!
What the heck? Why suing?
Also the instructions are on the back of the box that you can plainly see before purchase.
All company’s that have microwave instructions do that. “Only takes 5 mins!” But then there are other small steps.
First world problems
Frivolous? This case yes, but the implications for keeping marketing claims accurate benefits all of us. Sending a message to marketers, " Don't claim it if it's not true!"
It's not deception it is called commen sense which this lady obviously doesn't have because it says on the back that cooking time may vary due to microwave oven wattage etc.
She doesn't like it then just don't buy it, and stop having taxpayers fund these types of lawsuits
Okay? So put it back in there 😂 heat that bish up
