I was a railroad man for a while. My son is vested with the railroad. Give and take. Paid sick leave, yes, and more. Get these workers back on the rails, and the mainline. A rail strike "could" cripple our enemic economy. No, workers will not pass the picket line, and scabs with no experience on the railroad would be useless. It takes quite a while to become a qualified railroad employee. Lots to learn, and can be a very dangerous job.
These problems are directly related to the idiot leadership on the left and right, what a bunch of losers. These individuals in charge need to get throttled and maybe they will wake up and not stoop so low! The workers are not asking for much, and this should not even be happening, but both left and right are not going to let a good opportunity go as they want to put their citizens in there place and this will not work, it will have the opposite effect as people have had enough of the idiocy taking place in front of their very eyes and the destruction of the country by a group of childish thugs! Dow futures are trading at 34,000, a complete sham, the real number is more like 19,000, its a no rhyme no reason stock market and yet they refuse to take care of the rail workers demands, that is just a huge slap in the face from people who rob the tax payer and yet, let this situation get to this point, it is all b.s. The leaders in America are the problem as you are all starting to see and soon you will feel and it wont feel good!
There’s not going to be a strike. At least not one that’s going to last more than a couple of hours. This is getting blown way out of proportion. It’s just one more way that the media is trying to frighten ppl.
Remember Malliotakis voted for the "infrastructure" bill. congress needs to keep it's fat as* OUT of business!

This strike happened because a small group of employees in a small region. The DC area is basically a ghost town. No one rides the trains into town anymore. The railroad company has gone above and beyond for its employees. The tax payers will be funding them from here until eternity. They are lucky to still be on the payroll. And so as Unions go. all the other workers joined in including those who move cargo. The strike had nothing to do with them, but they will all hold the taxpayers hostage during a terrible economic time and right before Christmas. If no one needs the trains for transportation anymore, then that business should die. This is ridiculous.
What about the 5 million+ people that crossed the Southern Border that the American people are paying for all their freebies?
For all you people that believe that the railroad companies are greedy. OKAY. You go buy a 50 billion dollar rail line and go start your own business. It's only a 50 billion dollar investment folks.
