The rail system has been overlooked for decades the country should have been on high speed rail by now but if you force workers back to work the work could be slowed down deliberately by workers whatever agreement that is made someone should address the rail workers instead of a decree forcing them back to work

The white house and Conress need to step out and let the strike occur after years of Rail Road boss abuse and record profits. The right to strike is protected by the 1st and 14 th amendment.
Perhaps we should look further than just the railroad industry, and pass more sweeping legislation regarding paid leave in general. The US does not guarantee paid vacation days, paid sick leave, or paid parental leave. Maybe it's time to catch up with the rest of the developed world, and guarantee this paid leave for all workers.
Give the workers what they're asking for. That will prevent a strike.

They get more sick time than I ever received. CSX in 2018 gave 10 sick days a year and the pay is pretty damn good. Quit if it bothers you that much.
