Simple never bullie a fellow employee no matter their color , race , gender, nationality, sex wether LGBTQ simply do you job and go home ? We don’t go to work to bullie people ? Or harass them becouse we got told to do so by top management simply as away to make them quit ? Just be educated and use immotional intelligence at work and respect other peoples boundaries
Some employers authorize targeted harrassment of an employee by fellow employees through gas lighting in work place , bullying , name calling , following and watching ,stalking . Smear campaign ?? and this is designed to make employee quit his job and it can go on for years until that goal is achieved ??

People have said Walmart was part of the race to the bottom for US culture. I didn't know what that all would mean till now.
Keep in mind this is just an opinion from a random person on the internet, I belive the rise in violence in the united states and else where. May be due to the fact of increased isolation by the internet, People are connected more than ever, Yet not "connected". They aren't face to face. There isn't a human part of it, People tend to be more aggressive on the internet because there are't any reprocussions. And then many people can have the mind set that they can act that way in "real life" outside of the internet.
Mental Health checks should be a part of Walmart culture for employees. CBL's (computer base learning) is not enough for those who feel under pressure to serve. Walmart is hard work.
I know alot of Walmart in Va are being managed by Women and the Alphabet community.. Rather emotional people for management in a stressful environment 🤷🏿💯 Case and point
Don't shift the blame Walmart and other employers drive a negative work environment . When people leave their job at the end of the day and their last thought is I'm glad to be getting out of here. And the thought of returning everyday is misery but you know you have to to survive. Multiply that by ten years. Its a time bomb. That just went off. The executives who push this, it's never enough competitive hostile work environment are all at home with their families you can believe that. But you got to keep the stock prices up and those at the top of the social pyramid benefit from that as well. The bottom tier worker on the other hand better hope you don't end up homeless cause you'll be kicked around there too.

I was a third party business installing the Walmart speaker system. This night I was off but Im never off. 5 guys walked in the back, pulled out the pistol and whipped the guys jaw to pieces and then he left. Walmart is dangerous

Walmart has a "No Weapons Policy" for their workers and it's obviously gonna get to the point to where "Law Abiding", SANE workers and individuals everywhere are going to have to BREAK THE RULES in order to carry concealed at work and at the same time risk their jobs. When a company doesn't care about it's employees safety mentally or physically, this is what happens unfortunately.
