Welcome to loseranna. The only thing we have going for us is our Governor Edwards that fought for us through the pandemic and some small town mayors. The rest of them as in Senator's are only out for themselves. They couldn't give a crap less about anything but continuing to pad their pockets. They love the racial division, works for them and do absolutely nothing for this state. I've lived in a number of places in the United States, in the military and beyond. I've never seen the racial divide as stark on both sides as I've seen here. The abject poverty, drug problems and we're not talking weed, which is still illegal here, Legalize Nationwide! is horrible. In many places the drinking water is contaminated and they don't tell anyone for months, yet, get away with it. The most toxic state in the United States. And yet, Mr. I'm a good ole boy, Kennedy, not relation to President, stays in power. Well, no primaries here either. How convenient for him.
If it wasn't for my grandchildren, I wouldn't live here.
With that last thought in mind. I have found, in my life, in my walk as a Christian, that I have found myself in situations, places and experiencing things that never asked for.
