Both the Trump and Biden team requested Twitter to take down content. But the difference is that Biden and the DNC weren't representatives of the government at the time in 2020, meaning them asking Twitter to take down or moderate content didn't violate the first amendment. Plus the content Biden asked to be removed was nude pictures of his son which actually violates Twitter policy.
HOWEVER, Trump was actually president at the time in 2020, which means if he told Twitter to take down content, as is stated in this thread, the Trump administration did violate the first amendment of the constitution.
It's truly amazing how dumb Musk is, that he thought this info would make democrats look bad. The only person that's trying to "influence" elections is Elon Musk. With his huge army of Chinese/Russian/MAGA/Saudi democracy-destroying bots.
