I would think a lot of these chain stores would have undercover posing as a worker or one or more workers and they report all that was happening in conversation and occurrences during their time shifts, then forward the report to the agency hired by the owners in retrospect these undercovers employees get two check regular check as what position they in and another check from the agency hire them for undercover work. I reckon that Walmart has that MO in place, As an equally important non-bias reporting, is essential. in retrospect the owners and upper management had to know what if any was happening If any hostility or unjust things were occurring amongst the crew but from my experience, they were more interested in if any theft or, employee embezzlement. In my way younger years in college when I did undercover work, I was told to report anything or everything even if an employee make a comment as simple as not liking the bathroom mirror for it can have significance that means something. Therefore I would think upper management had reports on what was happening with all their teams assigned during their shift but like everything else they did not address it and thought it will just go away, as we see these types of lackadaisical attitudes, needs to be looked into and address appropriately. You may be surprised to know that your friendly co-worker is actually spying on you.. be cognizant. always treat people right and do the right thing.

I call BS, you don't work some place for 12 yrs and just randomly come and shoot people. What caused him to come to his job where he was a manager and shoot people he worked with? Someone knows what happened before this incident what drove him to open fire on his colleagues. What's important to know is what made him do this horrible thing so this doesn't continue to happen at work or schools. I hate the news only reporting the news with no information, we don't need to live in fear.
These corporations are the problem!! They don’t give two flying 💩💩s about their employees, and let their management teams run amuck. The Human Resources team is only in place to protect the company not the employee. Also then you have the government robbing people blind so they can’t afford to take care of their families or afford to leave a shitty job because the will drown in bills. It’s the perfect shitstorm to cause someone to lose their mind. Maybe at some point we will all learn to treat each other better and stop creating shitstorms.
