Who invented the Federal Reserve? Who protects capital over people? US. Saying we can't do anything else is narrow thinking. We could just shake the world by inventing something to save people over companies.

The early detection systems are not operational during the winter months. They are closed for maintenance. The thought being that they were not needed in non-threatening off months. The months when almost no tornados are active. The winter months.

Can't have price stability when corporate fuel and food providers charge their customers as much as possible for maximum profit. Not because they have too. It happens every holiday and winter. Its what they do.
