Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, the longtime DJ on the Ellen DeGeneres talk show died. Boss was 40-years-old and died by suicide. His wife Allison Holker Boss put out a statement saying, “He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”

I always saw him smiling & so full of life. Gorgeous wife & adorable kids. Just goes to show you can have a perfect life & be suffering on the inside. My heart aches for his wife Allison & their children Weslie, Maddox & Zaia. May our Higher Power heal the shattered hearts of his loved ones. I'm still in shock. This is just heart-wrenching❤️🩹

Suicide is the ultimate act of selfishness and self-absorption. It is an act of cowardice; the brave thing to do is to stay and fight your "demons" so you can be present for the people who depend on you, like your wife and children. There are other options to deal with depression like therapy, medication, exercise, meditation, etc.
Just please don’t post “if you feel suicidal call suicidal crisis lifeline” and expect actual loving care. I did call it once and I got a cheek in my face and it just made me realize I am absolutely on my own.
