  1. 19 kids have now died from it in the UK 🙁

  2. Not sure if this helps or not but ever since I add a mixed veggie & fruit juice in my diet, I noticed that my allergy and flu seems to reduce quite significantly. Because it's in a juice form, it's more easier to take compared to solid vegetables food especially with picky eating children. You doesn't have to take it in hi quantity. A half glass of the juice per day is enough (preferably after meal because that's when the nutrition absorption at it highest). You can make your own recipe by experimenting which veggie and fruits works best in both terms of nutrition and taste. Carrot are best for sweetness in vegetables, while ripe apples or pineapple are good to add more sweetness. Add some kale or wheatgrass in small quantity for additional nutrient. For some sourness you can add citrus or berries. You can change the recipe or even the veggie & fruit ratio if you're tired of the same taste. If it's too concentrated, add a little water to it.
