Now with Republican majority in the house they should obtain Pelosi emails leading up to 1/6/2021 to see what she knew and when she first knew it. They should also add the former WH Press Secretaries emails who are contributors to CNN. Anyone questioning just where in the Consitution does Congress have the implied or express authority to make criminal referrals on a former President also now a runing candidate? They didn't even bother to amend the Consitution and vote on it. It was just thru Pelosi who put the highly partisan J6 Committee to get such unconsitutional referral to happen and after Pelosi resigned. Certaintly the DOJ Special Counsel should see thru such highly unconsitutional partisan eforts. Waste of time and money that Republicans in house majority will no doubt now hold them accountable for.
