If the governmeents makes women have kids, there schould be laws that if the father cannot pay for their care, then the government should pay each woman, that could not get an abortion, one million over 18 years, at least! The kids and Mom's health care also needs legal action to legally make the government pay the Mom to care for her children – $1,000,000,000.

He cut Hakeem off, asked petty surface level questions repeatedly because he wasn't listening. He needs to retire.
