That’s horrible. No one was allowed to evict tenants during Covid due to the moratorium so that’s weird. The young guy interviewed wouldn’t know anything cause I’m guessing he wasn’t propositioned by the landlord 🤣Usually women who live alone are targeted.

If that old goat would have been good looking and young you know those women would have been more than willing to take the deal. They would have been thrilled. This guy just don't have any pretty privilege. So what does he get? He gets the cops called on him and charges filed after they got to live in those apartments rent free. Yeah the guy I bought my house from propositioned me to do things to get money off my monthly payment, I told him no and then started talking to other tenants, he was infamous for it.
