Ukraine is a scam.
The moment the Budapest agreement was breached, Ukraine became eligible to be outfitted to NATO Standard, regardless of membership. The western cosigners, US and UK, are NATO members. Their membership is inconsequential to Ukraine's requirements for support. The Budapest agreement has become the blueprint for nonproliferation agreements. If it isn't upheld, none can be trusted.
Remember, Hitler declared war on the US when already bogged down. So i wouldn’t underestimate the possibility the Putin could escalate with Nato. Yes, that would be stupid. But how stupid was it to invade Ukraine in the first place?

What morons, before you say anything, watch Russian platforms, Ukrainian news, and then analyze it. I think that if there is a hard choice, or to attack NATO, or become a colony, then a sarmat will come to Europe and America! Most Russians support Putin, and some think he is too soft, it will be good if Prigozhin wins the next election!
Reason for possibility of no negotiations is that US & NATO will have to concede territory to Russia and also Ukraine would not be able to join NATO….
This as Russia is in a strong position and NATO will look weak to concede to their terms…..all this whilst the Ukrainians suffer but then who cares…..

McFaul was one of the first proclaiming "Ukraine won!" in the first week of the war because Ukraine didn't immediately capitulate. Meanwhile took huge swaths of Ukraine's land. Now Putin is going to turn it around. He will declare "Peace in Ukraine! Russia will launch no more attacks whatsoever against Ukraine!"… all while he simply digs in and holds what he has claimed, landlocking the entire Sea of Azov making Ukraine dependent on Russia to get their crops out.
Now Ukraine will be in the position of having to shell and raze their own cities to the ground to try and driver the Russians out while the Russians claim victim and say "see, Ukraine Nationalist Nazis!"
Defense loses wars. Even if our expensive patriots stop 98% of Russian missiles and drones, there will be Ukrainian infrastructure getting decimated. We need to stop pussyfooting. Tanks to seal off his land bridge to Crimea, ATACMS to take out Putins bridge, and a blitz into Crimea.
Take Crimea and Russia potentially loses its fresh water Naval base and loses Putin's Crimean Oil. Russia will no be able to recover from losing Crimea and that's the point they may negotiate leaving the rest of Eastern Ukraine as long as they get guaranteed use of Sevastopol.
Putin will never attack NATO, because if he tries, suicide pact !

Ukraine is forcing America’s hands, while one senses Russia’s unwillingness, refusal even, to accept that its borders be compromised by NATO’s threatening jets.
