Don't help Cuban whitewash his image. Mark is widely known to have pumped several crypto scams, some of which he had major equity in. He's now a defendant, countersuing to be able to claim the wrong type of Bankruptcy in order to de-proitize payouts to the customers he scammed, so he can pocket more of the little money that remains.
Cuban is Truly a Despicable Human. It should be diagnosible as a severe mental disease to be so heartless.
Cuban and many of the other "Sharks" from the show, do all kinds of unethical and legally dubious dealing through hundreds to thousends? of shell company's in countless busines sectors.

Mark is perhaps one of the few billionaires who understands that one of the ingredients to his success (in addition to hard work and grit) was a bit of luck. He was always going to be a millionaire, but being alive in the age of the internet helped propel him to the three comma club. When Shaq mentioned how lucky he was to strike gold in the Internet age, Mark clapped back that "oh yeah, and you meant to be 7'2" and athletic." There's a bit of luck in all of our successes and failures. It's not the only thing, but it does exist.
