There needs to be an agency where the people the public can go and file complaints of abuse of authority or crimes done against them by law enforcement. This agency must have the police powers to investigate arrest charge and convict any law enforcement that commits crimes against the public like for example violating a person's privacy illegally. This agency must not be part of law enforcement but a separate agency a federal agency. This is the only way we're going to get rid of Agents abusing their authority over us and the only way we're going to get rid of corruption
