What gets me is you talk about deaths in the United States what about right across the border in Canada how many people have died in this storm you talk nothing about that the reason why I say is because I had to fly out of Buffalo and my Canadian friends brought me down to Buffalo and caught a flight to Los Angeles well Detroit in Los Angeles but I'm thinking to myself you think it's cold cold here just go a little bit further north it's way colder there but we don't ever talk about that and just thought it'd be interesting to you know if you want to throw it all in together so how many people have died in Canada

I had a problem with SW TWICE last year. NEITHER flight was refunded I lost over $1,000 between the two flights. I will never fly SW again.
