If u cant hire u cant earn, people are exhausted & i cant blame anyone for becoming economically inactive if they cant find a house buying wage. Fentanyl makes checking out from the workforce & inevitably life easy. People can get a few paychecks, leverage their salary to get as many credit cards as possible, liquidate those cards into fiat & drop off the face of the planet. They aren't coming back to work, they're skipping to the end if u look at Bidens excess De@ths. US has a labour shortage while new labour pours in to the country at a faster rate than any time in history, the burnout rate must be incredible.
"Low average real wage creates a high mortality & low birth rate to naturally balance capital labour ratio, immigration is a market failure"

inflation!!!!!!!!
Opening chance, or illegals to enter workplace for lower wages & benefits.
NY s min wage of $15 an HR & McD's helping fast food servers with kiosk means less employees needed, especially those without degrees
Tons of advices on what to do/buy but I'm only just interested In steps and tips on how to make better profit, saw an article of an investors that made $450,000 in 2months and I'd really love to know how to make such profit or is that asking too much?
They have to raise interest rates higher than rising prices to keep inflation down.
Why would people take a job that pays 60-70k when a house cost $400,000?
WAITERS DEMANDING $125,000.00/YEAR. THE INSANITY
Old wise saying:
You are paid according to what you think you are worth.
Do not sell yourself short.
Repeat; DO NOT SELL YOURSELF SHORT.
I have been hearing from several people at different businesses they get jerk
If you're poor, it's your fault and your problem. Do better.
"I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have." -Thomas Jefferson
Did anybody notice that there has been something weird that some people has not been working for the last 2 years and their spending is over the top , new cars, luxury items and what’s not , and still they don’t work, so of course the middle class are going to be wiped out.
"I mean, where do people get off demanding that kind of money in this country when some of them haven't worked at all before?"
It's called a free market economy, honey. You're worth what someone will pay you. Accepting less is what we call being "dumb" or "stupid."
It should be implemented globally, that those who had just finished some education and got their first job in that branch = they should for the first 3 months of employment get only salary equal to what the lowest salary in unskilled another branch in country is.
Just to balance that "royalistic" feeling of entitlement.
No matter if they are a lawyer or a cleaning lady, education should not be what automatically secures higher salary. It wouldn't be fair to poor families who never could afford education. It also wouldn't be fair to people who work for the same employer there for decades.
Talk about crs( can't remember s@!&). Anyone can look and find that wages have not keep up with cost of living for decades because there living it. We even have terms like working homeless. We see domestic issues because parents have to work more and less time in the responsibility role of a parenting. If more criminals was the goal then they sure found a great way of making them with greed.
I bet the news host makes more than 75k and she has no skills.
Biden joe Chaos gone until Jan 2. 2023 Loser 1st class Loser!
Biden is going on VACATION ? Why don't Biden drink brandy in his basement Brandon shoot face
Its called ENTITLEMENT
These idiots are so far out of touch it is painful to listen to.
Average asking rent In the US is $1900. Take home on 75k is around 55k. Rent alone is 40%+ of your income at that point. And this lady is confused why people want to be paid that much? 😂
With all the people who graduates every year they expect a higher pay. The problem is there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians( pardon the pun ). The Indians are on govt handouts
New job seekers aren’t looking for a job they’re looking for a free ride.
I remember when you only bought what you could afford. What happened to that?
Oh don't worry, once AI automation and robots take your jobs and wages away, the only thing to do is to start putting on coveralls to do field work or perform some type of trade like plumbing, laying down concrete.
Entitlement is the mindset of many of those who apply for work. When it comes to rolling up your sleeves n digging in, they're above that. Too many daisies in this world.
On the flip side – with what I do, the demands are ridiculous for 1/2 the salary for the job (this is with 32 years of Global Management in IT) – so I'm no snowflake.
On the job training needs to come back!!!
Anyone under 30 is entitled
Shouldn’t a persons skill level determine their income?
Seriously that is only $37 an hour and if you do the math by the time you pay your rent and your bills there is very little left.
At that rate you cannot even afford a mortgage or buy a home.
You are looking at people who are coming out of college and university with massive debt and you want them to work for minimum wage?
Perhaps if the government was capable of lowering the cost of everything then perhaps people could work for less money and be able to eat supper every night!
You cannot compare to your starting wage when you were young because life was a lot simpler back then!
When the powers that be pay you large sums to be shiftless and lazy, you tend to demand a lot more money than you are worth just to hold an unskilled job!
Why not ask for as much as possible? The worst they’re gonna do is say no.
It’s an insult to say people can still live on the stimulus money. That’s not living in the real world. Workers can only be paid what a company is willing to pay.
The cost of living and working in a big city has gone through the roof. Lots of people have done the math and figured out that they don’t have to work if they cut back on spending and move to a more affordable area. Nobody is going to back to working in these cities until cost comes down and wages go up.
Oh the government corporate puppets think wages are to high and the workers are greedy, shocking.
No…. there was a time in this country when one job was enough to support a family. Not anymore! Two Jobs is barely enough if it is at all. The problem isn't the worker. Its greedy politicians and oligarchs running the show. Fuqin idiots
Yes, those pesky workers, always expecting a living wage…dont they know we got people in Ukraine and Tunisia to take care of?
Yes. This is now an expect nothing or expect anything country. We are not proud, free or strong. We are merely a welcome mat free for all.
🙏
I see you two little rich white hoe sitting up there is way out of touch with the American people this guy had to call Daddy to say hey they have enough money they sitting on money right now so they could just play the long game into a better job comes along who the f*** is you talking about your friends
What if the problem was employers that refuse to pay a living wage? We have a middle class that is becoming poor.
In ANY area, look at jobs available, and compare them to cost of living for that area.
You can always send employees for certification that furthers their skills, have them sign a contract while they do and match a certain percentage of professional degrees and it should be a tax deduction for employee retention.
Thats what it takes just to get by. Employers don’t seem to grasp being able to survive.
