Well I couldn't believe she was still alive!
Famous yes, enormously so.
Also incredibly rude and not very bright, she smacked of petulance with her know-it-all attitude, in addition of not even having a sense of humor to make matters worse.
Being interviewed by her became a de rigueur custom… a disgusting fashion perpetuaded by the media.
There is not a single "journalist" work from her that didn't make me cringe. She lacked tact, humanity, compassion…
Womyn rights were not advanced a millimeter by her antics. She was just unsympathetic, unsensitive and annoying.
Glad her final meeting with the Grim Reaper will not be televised, she won't be missed!
I thought Barbara was rude at times in interviews. I also think that she attempted to subtle bully & intimidate people.

Babwah Wahwah had dementia. I've been following this. It got really bad. She was confused and didn't even recognize her old friends anymore . While in her wheelchair she'd have frequent fits of anger– crying, screaming, throwing food and other objects at caregivers and having to be placed in restraints. She also became incontinent. This went on the last few years, getting progressively worse as her mind deteriorated. Because she was rich, she had round- the- clock care by a staff and regular doctor visits in her luxury Manhattan condominium and didn't have to go to a care home. Her daughter and an attorney handled her affairs. Mercifully, she finally croaked at home. Getting old is no joke, folks. Who's going to take care of YOU? .
Rest in Peace, Barbara Walters 🙏🏽. You were a great person. We are all indebted to you.
