Southwest Airlines is one of the most reputable company’s in the nation. Let me tell you when something goes wrong, they are quick to make it right for the individual. During the hurricanes, they called individual employees to ask if they needed transportation or food or hotels or anything. They are there for the people. They will make sure that each person is reimbursed fully to the extent that they need to be reimbursed. I 100% back this company up and I am nothing but a consumer.
All the Southwest Airlines CEO’s got to spend Christmas with their families. Of course the current secretary of transportation is a total Dumbsky!
