I get the climate change concerns but don’t forget a year ago was a major eruption from Honga Tonga. I been watching vids about it through out the year and scientists are realizing it placed about 10% water vapor in the mesosphere. Which is unprecedented and from what I’ve gathered not good for the ozone. Still more info being gathered but a recent vid about possible certain crops being affected in near future and may explain this freak weather we’re getting now

In Western Washington State EVERY new housing development is required to build at least 1 small water reservoir. Every New industrialized area has to build a Reservoir or two also.
If you want build a residential or commercial development then you have to put in some reservoirs. Its that simple. This is one of the Very Few benefits of living in a Democratic State. Unfortunately Republican States spend ZERO money on infrastructure nowadays. Its a catch 22. Right or Left you will get both benefits and disadvantages. You just have to choose between crumbling infrastructure or high crime. Which do you choose?
