Totally different construction than building codes of the past. That shabby construction is going up everywhere. I looked at some just a few days ago and wondered when there would be collapse.
Not sure but North Carolina my state has been doing a lot of construction lately including re pavement on roads which makes sense since taxes increased a lot this decade. When you compare roads against South Carolina you can see how cleaner it is in NC than South Carolina or West Virginia for example
At least they didn't have to work all day first. RIP
