we are ready to accept the unconditional surrender of the west on 4 conditions. 1) permanent disbandment of NATO. 2) permanent disarmament of all NATO countries and ukraine and all other satellites and proxies of NATO. 3) ukraine cedes all of it's territory to russia and 4) all NATO leaders and/or NATO government leaders involved in war crimes over the past 50 years be handed over to be tried in a war crimes tribunal convened by china and russia.

This seems absurd. Feels as though it could be resolved in one day, not that, that would imply the war fighting would stop in one day, because the process of ""restoring order or as it is referred 'law and order' in society takes time and implementation, agreement, as there can not be crazed persons running through fields with guns, etc trying to attack each other. That said, this is clearly a problem that seems to keep finding itself back to the same talking point, individuals in disagreement, disputes. Might seem easier, said than done??
