Hundreds of Cuban and Haitian migrants have made landfall in the Florida Keys within the last few days, many of them made the dangerous journey by handmade boats. NBC News’ Guad Venegas has more on how local authorities are now struggling to deal with the surge as more boats continue to arrive.

they will stop coming if jobs are created and hope is given in Haiti. I propose a solution in a book format titled "Roadmap to Haiti's Next Revolution". Good read. Good plan to turn Haiti around and create jobs for nearly 5 millions unemployed Haitians.

It occurs to me that there's a correlation between the influx of migrants and the leniency of this administration. The sad reality is that billions of people on this planet would qualify for asylum. We're a country of 350 million. Between economical, geological and political reasons, the situation will only worsen and is unsustainable.
