I lost my son a couple of years ago. To see what this young man is dealing with and what his dear mom and dad are feeling is painful… beyond words . I hope and pray that he recovers fully, and I cant wait for the day that Damon leaves the hospital with his mom by his side… God bless
Hope this guy a full recovery. He's 24 has his whole life. It's unfortunate what happened. Makes you wonder. But ill get into that at a different date. God bless this guy and his family. My only thing about this situation is he shouldn't be a celebrity over it. The country shouldn't stop and look over this. This guy didn't die. Things happen daily in our neighborhoods and everywhere that don't get this kind of attention.
the league has actually done a lot for player safety. no hitting a defenseless player, no blindsides, no helmet to helmet, no crackback blocks, and when it comes to hitting qbs forget it. but what happened in this game was a horrible freak incident. look back at all the nastiest hits in football and this play doesn’t come close to one’s in the past. Hamlin was actually the one who made the tackle and it looked completely routine. until it wasn’t.. Dear God, please be with this young man and his family.
