Not defending Kohberger, but this guy is wrong. The DNA doesn't put him onsite, it could have been planted intentionally by another killer. And, no murder weapon yet.
Everyone always pleads “Not Guilty”. Even when they know they committed the crime. He is entitled to due process and is considered Innocent until proven guilty. His father is involved in his life.. So my guess is that his father will most likely convince BK to hire a Private Attorney in the near future. Especially, since he could possibly be facing a “Death Penalty” via Lethal Injection. So it’s possible a new private defense team may come into the picture at a later date.

Did he kill the dog around the corner they were wondering if he did it I know a dogs not what we are worried about I guess because everyone stopped talking about that but it’s important to know if he did it because that means he would totally kill again.
