Just diet and exercise 🙂 I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle and strength. I followed a “cyclical high fat, low carb” diet and this worked extremely well for me. Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

Well either have diabetes or not ppl are depending on drugs way too much. They need to watch what they put in their mouth. The guy who need Ozempic. Obviously he is too heavy. I know it may not easy but try to Lose weight just for 20lb or so to begin with. Your blood sugar level changes. Little steps make changes.
I found that passion flower acted as a dietary supplement for me. I used it for stress but it actually in term curved my appetite. It was but wasn’t nice. Because at the time I was in my early 20s and already relatively slim so I stopped taking it so often
I'm taking mounjaro and it is amazing. Hardly get hungry at all and cant finish a meal from feeling full.

The problem is, without getting to the root of what made you obese in the first place, they will have an incredibly difficult time keeping the weight off. That's why the likelihood of a person having a gastric bypass and gaining the weight back is 6% by year 2 but almost 80% by year 10 and this comes from someone who has a weight problem and has yoyo dieted all my life and always gained it all back.
I never tried this and don’t plan on too. Im diabetic type 2 i weighted over 290 lbs and in 5 months I lost 50lbs and my a1ac was 9.4 and now I have it 5.4
The problem with fat people is the lack of self-awareness when it comes to eating and I'm not talking about what you are eating. I am talking about what you are doing when you are eating. Yes, chew all the way but most importantly never give up on the basic fundamental body need which is breathing oxygen. You ever see someone eat and you look at them breathing through their mouth? Yeah bud, you are killing yourself by asphyxiation and to make up for this enormous lack of energy the brain says eat more. So, you listen and eat more, right? then the cycle continues. Fat people don't get full easy because they got used to relying on food instead of oxygen. Yeah, I'm not a scientist but I care so I know this is true.

I use this but the weight loss was just like 12 lbs, and it will come back if you dont change your eating habits. Plus if you are not diabetic, wont this pen lower your sugar to dangerous levels?

A cheaper version of this drug: cut down carbs, eat more greens, protein, fats, and eat bigger meals 2-3 times a day. No snacking. No processed garbage or sugar. Lowers insulin levels nicely. Some have an eating window (IF) so that the insulin levels get down. Lower insulin = body uses its energy reserve. Like you eat 2 meals in 6 hours. It works cause it manages the insulin levels.
