We have to remember that DM did not witness the murders then just go fall asleep until Noon; she only heard what she heard, and saw an unfamiliar person walk by her wearing a covid mask. We are analyzing DMs response to what she saw and heard with full knowledge of the murders. She didn't have that. Given the amount of outside traffic regularly reported at the residence, what she heard and saw obviously didn’t represent a deadly threat at the time to warrant calling 911.
It seems most likely the suspect did not see DM looking out her bedroom door when he passed her room on his way out of the house. She could have merely had her door cracked open a bit to see (it doesn’t say she was standing in the walkway or in the suspects path and he walked around her or something).
Also, regarding why it took her until Noon to call 911 – remember that DM was awake at 4:30am, so it makes sense that she could sleep in all morning and didn’t observe her roommates until close to noon – very common for college kids to stay up all night and sleep well into the next day on a weekend.

I hope the cops are not railroading this guy. Because in the end it's not going to pay off. And all the cops and media will hear is Goncalvez man's mouth! We need more explanation of the roomie and her statement. I think the statement said someone ordered food around the time of the murders. People don't order food when they're getting stabbed to death. Timelines don't agree here. Also when perp was busy murdering Xana and Ethan, what was Kaylee and Maddie doing? Or if Kaylee & Maddie were killed first, what was Xana and Ethan doing? Perp couldn't have stabbed all of them at the same time. They were on two different floors in that house. A guy who used to live there says one can hear every sound in that house. And now that info is confirmed by the roomie saying she heard crying and a guys voice saying something. I cannot wait for the defense to get a hold of this in a court. Unless cops have more than this stuff I think perp will get off. The cops didn't mention if the victims had the perps blood or DNA under their fingernails. I'd say this perps DNA on one sheath or cover for the knife and no place else is pretty darn good. He got none of his dna on anything else! ??? And I don't even want to think how Mr G will react or the rest of the parents. It's awful!
People need to stop accusing the roommate who saw him of something. She's going to be so messed up from this, I hope she gets all the therapy and help she needs. It's a party house and they were partying all night, she was drunk and exhausted, and probably high on something. Yeah he probably scared her, but it probably wasn't anything new, because people were always coming in and out of that house. She went back in a room lock the door and just passed out. And then when she woke she realized oh s*** that wasn't a dream. Also just to say he actually saw her? I don't think he did. Because I think he would have killed her.
1st of all I'd like to tell the surviving 2 and families how sorry I am for everything they're going through. This is a life long situation that they're going to have to deal with. And will need help dealing with.
Having a brother that was murdered myself I can verify that.
2nd the family of this guy also has have a life sentence. People need to realize that they did not do this. And they are going through their own nightmare. Also. Regardless of if he did or didn't do this, that is still a family member.
Having had someone in my own life that did this type of horrible things. I can tell you those people can be many many faces. The person one knows another 1 would not recognize.
They end up being like jekyll and hide or chameleons.
Make God watch and bless each and every one of them. And help them to heal best as possible. And may Justice come swiftly.

I will say, ALL he's done in past needs to be raked through. Most who do this horrible of crimes do not start with 4 murders.
