No, it's not the same. Biden took classified documents to his home while he was vice president. Biden had no right to remove classified documents as a vice president.

My husband when he was alive and working for DOE on the Nation’s Defense weapons at one of the Prime Contractors who worked in conjunction with Los Alamos and all of the most important places in the United States. He was one of the top engineers and worked for keeping our country protected and safe. They took Top Secret very seriously and guarded documents always. One job that they took very seriously was making sure all documents, designs and plans were returned to the safe and that all locks were locked before they could go home. After 9/11 my husband worked 7 days a week and never came home till 9 or 10 o’clock at night. In 2004 he was diagnosed with cancer and he continued working that hard while even receiving treatments to fight the cancer. Some people might say he was with another woman but I could call him at work and get him there. I would ask him if he knew when he would come home so I could fix his dinner. They were never allowed to take in cell phones because of security risks and they had security and guard shacks that was the only entry points they could enter through. Security was much more serious there than any of those politicians take our countries safety. When I married him I had a ton of papers to fill out and the FBI investigated me.
