I love the way this cop said two or three times that she was in fear for her life. He intentionally bolstered her defense and made it virtually impossible for the DA to charge her.

I’m the UK, the woman would have been charged and the intruder treated as a victim. There have already been some incidents like this. There have even been incidents where intruders have tried to sue the owner for being injured during a burglary.
It’s very warped here, but I guess crime is viewed as a money making business over here and a criminal is worth more to the justice system than a law abiding citizen.
Be thankful your allowed to have these entitlements in the US as it’s a parallel universe in the UK filled with woke idiots.
