Why was the parent not arrested for not storing the gun properly or child neglect. I saw this morning that the father of another young child with a gun had been arrested almost immediately for child neglect. But with the six year old’s mother? Nothing . Sure seems like a little preferential treatment to me. Now the question is , what could be the difference in the two cases? Something is not quite right here
The little delinquent hid the gun n the bushes or somewhere else. He retrieved it later. He also was clearly practiced with that gun. His mother taught him or one of his friends did.
This is not the fault of the teacher, not the fault of the child, not the fault of the Parents, not the fault of the schools. The fault lies in the easy access to guns.

The teacher will Lawyer Up and file lawsuits against the 6 yr olds parents and the School District. Someone has go pay for all of the teacher's medical bills, her physical therapy bills if needed, her mental health therapy bills, her other bills while she is home recuperating (after she gets out of the Hospital) and her Pain/Suffering for being shot….💰💵

Kids who witnessed the shot could have PTSD. And a way to tell them it is safe. And parents have to be told to check everything before School.
All i’m gonna say is there is a lot of kids that ain’t innocent once they get into high school they deserve harsh punishments just like adults do when it comes to law.
